Kevin Hin is a global business developer and keynote speaker, passionate about leadership development and entrepreneurship.
Born in London, United Kingdom, of Mauritian and Chinese descent, Kevin Hin holds a Masters degree in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. He brings in a strong business and entrepreneurial background with a huge variety of experience, having owned and managed a hotel, served as deputy Sales Director for the APM Monaco jewellery brand and acted as a sales and marketing consultant. He resides in Monte Carlo, Principality of Monaco, where he moved to with his family as a child.
Most recently, Kevin Hin served from January 2020 to December 2024 as the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Secretary General, responsible for managing the JCI World Headquarters team, running daily operations and for supporting the President, Board of Directors and members around the world to achieve the strategic goals of the organization, in order to develop leaders for this changing world. He notably managed change within the organization during the Covid-19 pandemic, supported the creation of a new global direction with an updated strategic plan and his actions led to strong financial sustainability over his 5-year tenure.
